I tried Turkish bath with Naznaz … she was good and kind. I like her work & behavior 🫶 🏻 the resort is very great for lovers of nature and simple activities.. Like boats ..Shooting..Bowling but with a special account....You can stay in bad to the hotel or cottage is a cottage for two offers other families...within the in the price breakfast and Spa Turkish bath...Sincere advice for whom concern...Your resort is so luxury & classy ...on the other hands, the employees miss the simplistic ways to communicate with clients especially the knowledge of English language... this will affect your reputation 😔

If there was a refund option in case of pre-cancellation we would stay there all week.
The most amazing hotel we stayed in. Disadvantages: There is no refund in case of advance cancellation as is customary in quite a few hotels in Beijing.

He was always willing to help and made sure that everything was perfect for us. Advantages: The hotel's location is very good, easy access from Baku.The greenness of the surroundings gives a person peace of mind,it is an ideal hotel for those who want to rest their soul.The staff is very good.There are playgrounds for children.A hotel that caters to all age groups.Especially the golf course is very nice.The view of the lake is amazing.2.our arrival we think we will come again. Advantages: What can I say about this resort and what more can I say about the staff in this resort . Absolutely beautiful resort .
I had a booking for 2 nights but once we went there due to bad weather we wanted to cancel one night . Samira the manager was the best ever manger . She personally came to see me and happily and kindly refunded me for one night , completely understanding what we wanted , reassuring us that she understands that the weather is bad .
Absolutely 1000 % I am coming back to this resort , but with good weather.

Advantages: everything! its really a palace in the middle of a huge estate with everything you need. Disadvantages: nothing. however, it is far from everything and you need a car to get around if you plan to go out of the porperty.
